Secure Technology That Won't Slow Down Your Practice

HIPAA-Compliant IT for Dental Practices

Your patients trust you with their health. We make sure their data stays protected— without interrupting patient care or adding complexity to your day.

Problems We Solve for Dental Practices

Ancient Practice Management Systems

Practice software on outdated servers or networks. We secure the infrastructure, coordinate with your software vendor, and keep decades of patient records protected without disrupting workflow.

X-Ray & Imaging System Security

Digital x-ray systems often run on insecure networks. We segment them properly so hackers can't access patient data through imaging equipment.

HIPAA Compliance Confusion

You're not an IT expert—you're a dentist. We handle all HIPAA technical safeguards, audit logs, and documentation so you can focus on patients.

Cyber Insurance Requirements

Insurance companies now require MFA, EDR, and security training. We implement everything insurers demand and document it for renewals.

Staff Device Management

Front desk, hygienists, assistants all need access. We control who can see what without slowing down patient check-ins or treatment notes.

Ransomware Protection

Dental practices are targeted constantly. We prevent ransomware before it encrypts patient records and shuts down your practice for weeks.

We don't claim to know every dental app, but we understand your workflow and get on the phone with Dentrix, Patterson, and imaging vendors when needed. We bridge the gap between "call your IT" and "call the software company."

No Downtime During Patient Hours

Updates happen before you open or after you close. We never interrupt patient appointments. Your schedule is sacred.

Flat, Predictable Pricing

$200-300/user/month all-in. No surprise bills when you need help. Includes cloud productivity, security stack, and unlimited support.

Insurance Documentation Ready

We provide everything your cyber insurance carrier asks for: MFA proof, EDR deployment, security training certificates, incident response plan.

Local, Not a Call Center

We're in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We understand your patients, your community, and your business. You get our cell numbers, not a ticket queue.

Zero Tolerance for Insecurity

We don't do "good enough." CIS Level 1 security minimum. If we can't secure it properly, we won't take responsibility for it.

Common Questions from Dental Practices

Do I need to replace my current practice management system?

Usually not. We secure the infrastructure around your existing practice software. If there are software-specific issues, we coordinate with your vendor (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) to resolve them. We rarely force migrations unless the underlying infrastructure can't be secured.

What if I already have a server and computers?

We assess what you have. If equipment meets business-class standards and is supportable, we keep it. If it's consumer-grade or end-of-life, we plan a refresh within your budget.

How long does it take to get HIPAA-compliant?

60-90 days from kickoff to audit-ready. Week 1: Assessment. Weeks 2-6: Implementation (MFA, logging, policies). Weeks 7-12: Documentation and training. Then you're audit-ready.

What happens if we get audited by OCR (Office for Civil Rights)?

We provide all technical documentation: risk assessments, policy acknowledgments, audit logs, access control records, training certificates. Everything OCR asks for during HIPAA audits.

Can you help with a data breach response?

Yes. We have an incident response plan and can coordinate breach notification, forensics, and OCR reporting if needed. Better yet: we prevent breaches with layered security.

Do you work with solo practitioners or just group practices?

Both. Solo dentists often have the same security needs as 5-person practices. Minimum engagement is typically 3-5 users (doctor + hygienist + front desk).
